Background and Experience

Robert L. Rush is a fully licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California and a Non-Practicing Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and New York. He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He has leased and managed 7.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Education and Accounting Work

Robert graduated from Upsala College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and worked with distinguished firms during the years that followed. These include Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company, Price Waterhouse, The Irvine Company, Pacific First Bank of Seattle, and Donahue Schriber Development.

Real Estate Career

Robert then moved into commercial real estate as a Senior Asset Manager with Pacific Life Real Estate Investments, where he managed a national portfolio of properties valued at more than 250 million dollars. Some of the works he did include:

  • Negotiating legal economic lease terms
  • Maintaining tenant relations
  • Performing property valuations
  • Analyzing expense pass-through
  • Annual budgeting and capital renovations
  • Supervise teams of brokers, property managers, and attorneys

Insight and Experience

In 1997, Robert formed U.S. Realty Group, Inc. He uses his knowledge obtained through working the landlord side of the fence to exclusively represent clients in their real estate negotiations. Robert has the insight and experience to create added leverage and strength in the tenant’s negotiating position, assisting his clients to maximize value and benefits in all of their real estate transactions.

Robert has been involved in hundreds of transactions over the years, such as leases, purchases, sales, and many other real estate deals and ventures. He has conducted transactions with various well-known firms. These include:
